Libby Todd
Physiotherapist
Libby qualified from Queen Margaret University in 2018 and started working for NHS Borders, spending one year in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Community Outpatient clinics followed by working in medical and care of the elderly wards.
Libby particularly enjoyed the musculoskeletal practice so moved to The Border Physio Clinic in 2020 where she still works part time. She works to rehabilitate acute post operative patients, as well as people with chronic conditions. Prior to moving to Penrith she also worked in the community treating patients with multiple sclerosis to assist them with day to day functional activities and muscle strength and flexibility maintenance.
Prior to qualifying as a Physiotherapist in 2015 Libby gained a diploma in sports massage level 3. In 2020, she embarked on a three-year master’s degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy, and now works treating equine and canine clients, from managing acute to chronic conditions and general management of competition horses at all levels.
Outside of work Libby enjoys looking after her 2 horses and dog or is spending time horse riding, cycling or running.
